How many treatments will I need to have?
Like all forms of therapy, there is no cast iron guarantee because everyone responds differently, but the average number of treatments is around three.
Some problems need more treatments and some fewer, but what won't happen is that you will be required to have a long course of treatment, only to find that it hasn't helped. Although there are never any promises, you should, in most cases start to see change fairly quickly.

Can Bowen be safely used on babies and young children?
Yes. Bowen can be safely used on anyone from the newborn to the elderly. Bowen is particularly useful for treating infant colic and has also proved excellent at "taming toddlers".
The Elderly
My special interest is in the care of the elderly. So many of our older citizens suffer from structural pain from backs, hips, knees, shoulders and necks. The Bowen Therapy can improve the quality of life without adding to the number of pills taken.
